After this excursus into art and color, a professional chef shows guests step-by-step how to make the perfect risotto allo milanese, from the choice of ingredients to the secrets of preparations to give the rice its characteristic homogeneous and vibrant yellow color or to achieve a workmanlike mantecatura. Guests can then reproduce the recipe at home, wowing family and friends with captivating tales and demonstrating unexpected culinary mastery.
