Imagine being in the heart of Milan, suspended over the rooftops of the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, surrounded by the majesty of the Duomo and a spectacular view of the city. It was in this unique setting that we organized an exclusive team building event for one of our clients.
The experience began with a reserved visit to the Galleria Highline, an evocative suspended walkway that winds along the rooftops of the Galleria. As the sun went down, while the city was illuminated by the warm lights of sunset, participants were able to admire the spires of the Duomo and a panorama that extends to the modern skyscrapers of Porta Nuova and CityLife.
This enchanting moment created theideal atmosphere for the second part of the event: a special skyline view pizza class where everyone, equipped with aprons, tried their hand at the art of pizza making guided by a master pizza maker.
Competition then to see who could make the best pizza. Prize? The honor of seeing their pizza baked in the traditional wood-fired oven and finally served by all the other challengers, all accompanied, of course, by a refined aperitif “at altitude.”
As usual, great care was taken in the organization, logistics and details so that everything took place exactly as we had conceived it … but nothing compared to the satisfaction of seeing the happy faces of the guests, enraptured by the breathtaking view offered by the Highline Galleria and excited to create their own pizza!
