Last fall we organized an event consisting of team building commissioned by a well-known international bank with a reinforced aperitif following at one of the most renowned restaurants in the Galleria.
A perfect blend of cultural and entertainment with the goal of creating a fun game that would allow the members of each group to strengthen the bond between each other, having fun, collaborating and putting each other through cultural-themed challenges, ending the day by enjoying a good aperitif in the city center.
Our team building choice was the Cultural Game, which is a treasure hunt in downtown Milan: participants, divided into small groups solved puzzles and riddles, discovering the unique corners of the Milanese city. Sharing funny videos and photos, the teams were engaged in the search for an actor in the role of Leonardo.
It was necessary to create a convivial moment so that participants could relax and network. Once the activity was over, we set up the last test at the restaurant in a dedicated room, where the award ceremony was held: participants had to guess the ingredients of the Wrong cocktail accompanied by snacks and finger food.
The excellent organization of space and timing, always shared with the client, enabled us to have a truly original team building that further strengthened, with elegance and fun, the team spirit.
