Imagine being in the heart of Milan, suspended over the rooftops of the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, surrounded by the majesty of the Duomo and breathtaking views of the city. This is precisely where the special team building of one of our clients took place.
The experience began with an exclusive visit to the GalleriaHighline, a path suspended over the rooftops of the Galleria. With the setting sun illuminating the city, participants enjoyed spectacular views, ranging from the spires of the Duomo to the modern skyscrapers of Porta Nuova and City Life. This experience allowed them to soak in the magical atmosphere of Milan, a perfect prelude to what was to follow.
The pizza class, again with a view of Milan from above over the rooftops of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele Ii, began with a brief introduction on the history and traditions of Neapolitan pizza, followed by a hands-on demonstration by the restaurant’s pizzaiolo. Equipped with aprons and gloves, participants got to work. They learned how to roll out the dough by hand, following the pizzaiolo’s tips and techniques, until they achieved a perfect base. The most fun part? Seasoning their own pizza! Each guest was able to choose from a wide selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients: from classic buffalo mozzarella to San Marzano tomatoes.
Once completed, the pizzas were baked in the traditional wood-fired oven, giving off an irresistible aroma, and while doing so, guests enjoyed a refreshing aperitif.
