Green spaces and a relaxing atmosphere: this is theideal setting for a team building event. For one of our clients, we chose a prestigious Golf Club on the outskirts of Milan, which, with its serene atmosphere and wide green expanses, provided the perfect setting for anengaging and unforgettable experience.
The day began with awarm welcome from the club’s golf instructors. The participants, many of whom had never played golf before, were guided through the basics of this elegant sport. The instructors explained the fundamental techniques, showing how to hold the club correctly, how to execute the swing and how to hit the ball accurately. After the theory lesson, team members moved on to practice. The fun and enthusiasm was palpable, with laughter and encouragement echoing through the air.
After the golf session, participants moved to one of the club’s elegant conference rooms for a business meeting. The room, equipped with all the necessary equipment, provided a comfortable and stimulating environment for discussion.
The day ended with a rich reinforced aperitif, served on the club’s beautiful terrace overlooking the golf courses. Participants enjoyed various delicious finger foods accompanied by selected beverages. This informal time allowed team members to relax, socialize, and have more free and personal discussions.
Theevent was a great success. This team building day demonstrated how important it is to combine leisure time with work time to improve team cohesion and promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Golf proved to be an ideal choice, making this team building a very special experience.
