In celebration of 40 years since its founding, a major electronics company in the area approached us to give its guests an opportunity to get together and have fun, strengthen corporate culture, create networking opportunities and honor personalities who have distinguished themselves during the company’s long journey
.
Considering the importance of the occasion and the uniqueness of this bespoke event, we immediately thought of the setting of a location that could convey a sense of exclusivity but at the same time be functional for all the client’s needs: Palazzo Bovara. In this location we were able to coordinate the various services designed specifically for the client and manage the space and timing as efficiently as possible.
In this historic palace a short walk from the Indro Montanelli Public Gardens, the 160 guests, including staff (including the CEO and key managers), various clients and suppliers in equal measure from Italy and abroad, were able to gather and share this celebration together, organized and coordinated with a complex set of suppliers.
The event began with a welcome cocktail served in the halls of Palazzo Bovara offered by a catering service with whom we had previously defined the courses, timing and set-up spaces. A space was set up at the entrance to conduct interviews with the most important guests and allow for souvenir photos and professional videos. After this initial convivial moment, guests were treated to a motivational speech by a well-known Italian entrepreneur, specially called for the occasion, and an awards ceremony for staff members and top clients and suppliers. This was followed by a dinner cocktail accompanied by musical entertainment, agreed upon with the client and supported by a technical service. Finally, at the end of the event, guests were presented with gadgets customized for the occasion.
All the actors involved in the conception and planning of this important event, coordinated to meet every client request, thus contributed synergistically to the various aspects of an evening that ultimately turned out to be unforgettable for all participants, and this represents the greatest satisfaction for us.
