An elegant evening among Leonardo’s works and machines
An important client of ours, on the occasion of a special evening that was to include some institutional moments and the presence of a special guest, contacted us to entrust us with this prominent event, wanting to combine an elegant dinner with a cultural moment for all invited guests.
The client, an important international law firm, thus decided on a versatile but high-impact and resonant venue in Milan’s cultural scene, the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology, as the venue for its event so that it could tell a bit of Italian history in the setting of its magnificent halls to guests from abroad and beyond.
Here the guests, having passed the magnificent courtyards at the entrance, were welcomed by us for accreditation with checkroom service and divided into small groups for a tour of the Leonardo da Vinci Galleries, the museum’s exhibition section dedicated to the great Tuscan genius and his most relevant works and inventions-symbols of Italy’s creative, engineering and artistic excellence .
At the end of the visit, a convivial aperitif awaited them in the adjacent Hall of Columns, surely one of the most atmospheric settings for an event like this within the museum. In the same hall, they were later able to sit for the subsequent Gala Dinner, with tables and seats assigned for each guest. During the evening several Speech, including an interview with the special guest by a journalist and the handover between client Managing Partners, accompanied the dinner, all coordinated with our technical service.
The excellent work of all the vendors involved and the caterer, from the graphics to the arrangements, from the room service to the proposed menu, and our precise coordination work ensured that the dinner met the shared ideas, planning, and timing, fully meeting the client’s expectations.
This last aspect is, as always, the most rewarding for us, always proud to collaborate on events in successful cultural venues such as this one, which in fact garnered satisfaction and compliments from all the guests at the end of the evening.
