The client’s goal was to create a totally personalized moment of refreshment and entertainment between several business meetings in Spazio Theca, an exclusive location in the city center. Participants were sent to “challenge” each other in the creation of both sweet and savory Finger Food led by a professional chef followed by the tasting of the savory appetizers; then the guests actively participated in the Showcooking of the yellow risotto with subsequent tasting of it and the sweet finger foods made earlier.
