With our customized multi-city Virtual Cultural Game, we “teleported” participants on a virtual journey to discover the artistic and cultural beauty of seven international destinations in a fun and interactive team building designed from the company’s communication goals and onbrand values andidentity.
The live game was a unique and special way to shorten the distance between colleagues (new hires in particular) in times of social distancing and smart working, and to celebrate together a year of success and company records (as well as an opportunity to exchange Christmas greetings).
Participants, divided into six teams in as many parallel virtual rooms, challenged each other in solving quizzes and puzzles and workshop tests, using objects in their homes or offices, taking photos and selfies, and playing with local culture.
We designed the concept and content so that the trials would naturally convey the brand’s values and story, and we modulated the itinerary so that the stops/cities reflected the brand’s major international markets. Always keeping the playful value, the pleasure of challenge, discovery and being together in the foreground.
We also created teaser content, sent periodically before the day of the event, to intrigue the guests.
To encourageinteraction, participants were accompanied by our game leaders throughout the game, from the welcome in the plenary, to the competition in the dedicated rooms, until the final proclamation of the winning team.
