Web conference within the Veneranda Biblioteca Ambrosiana Complex.
Last March, a well-known business community of CIOs contacted us for their annual global conference. We chose the striking Roman Forum Hall of the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana in Milan as the location, creating a historic atmosphere that certainly enriched the participants’ experience.
Our goal was to create abalanced experience between business, culture and entertainment. The challenge was to make the event not only professional but also memorable, offering added value in terms of knowledge and culture.
After the work session, we enriched the evening with an exclusive lantern-lit guided tour of the Crypt of San Sepolcro, an archaeological jewel of Milan reopened to the public after years of restoration. Our guides were able to capture participants’ attention with pictorial details and fascinating stories related to Milan’s origins.
To end the evening on a pleasant note, we organized a reinforced aperitif. It was the perfect time to socialize and relax in an elegant and welcoming environment, sharing impressions and reflections on the day.
Theevent was a success in every respect: we kept to the scheduled time and the experience offered to the participants was greatly appreciated.
