An event between history and technology
Is it possible to create a business moment related to technological innovation and bring together people far from each other in the unique setting of a historic home? Of course it is, and that is exactly what we did with Teleperformance, which decided to turn to us to support them in this important business moment!
On this occasion of meetings and presentations, the client had a specific need to have different environments where they could create different contextual activities. These activities were purely technological in nature, given the very nature of the company’s business, so the idea of being able to place them in an elegant period setting was particularly appealing to the client. For these reasons, we could only propose as a solution Residenza Vignale, a historic mansion with old-world charm within walking distance of the Santa Maria delle Grazie complex. This is composed of various rooms and rooms that, in addition to offering us their beauty, could allow us and the clients the right elasticity to handle different activities.
Therefore, with the important support of a trusted technical service, we installed all the necessary instrumentation for the different moments of the evening.
In the main hall – the Gold Room – a 75-inch screen, with accompanying sound system, for an ‘initial plenary presentation to invited guests, including business partners and customers. After that, through coordination with the client, the guests divided into groups alternated between the three different activities that awaited them: a video presentation of products developed with the support of artificial intelligence in the large antechamber; an immersive experience with 360° Visors to introduce the guests to the new Teleperformance headquarters in Albania (shown with a 360° video made by the client) in the adjacent room; and finally a group Video-Call to be able to speak directly with colleagues present in the Albanian headquarters – and not only – in the refined library present on the second floor.
In addition to the precise technical preparation work for the different experiences, what made the evening memorable for the guests was certainly the unexpected combination of these activities so closely linked to innovation and modern technologies with the context of great elegance and historicity in which they were presented, demonstrating how the right container can often give even more emphasis to the content.
This historicity was finally recounted by our professional guides who, during the aperitif that concluded the business moment and was served in the charming Red Room, accompanied those interested in discovering the fascinating anecdotes that tell the walls of this mansion.
At the end of the evening, all the guests went home taking with them the news, contacts and information that the client wanted to pass on to them, but also certainly the experience of a very special evening in a unique cultural setting, which is why we are proud to have been able to contribute to this beautiful Corporate moment!
