A day of business amid the fascination of industrial redevelopment and Milan’s history
A modern location with a fascinating industrial past, an elegant aperitif on board an original historical Tram from the 1920s, a tour to discover the city of Milan… These were the ingredients for a meeting that brought the client not only to have a strategic business moment with their partners and clients, but also to leave an indelible memory related to this occasion in all participants.
Emerson, a Brianza-based company leader in design and consulting services for the optimization of production processes, contacted us to organize a meeting moment with clients and others from different European countries. The intent was to meet them in a redeveloped industrial context, which could still meet all the needs and requirements of a classic business meeting, and then end with a cultural activity but with a playful and engaging character.
In response to these requests, we thought the ideal place to start could only be the Magna Pars Hotel in Parfum, a modern and refined hotel in the redeveloped Tortona area, originally the site of an important perfume factory. Here the group, after a welcome coffee in a dedicated area, was able to hold their meeting in a bright, well-equipped room. At the end, participants met our professional guide who accompanied them to Porta Genova, where waiting for them was an original historic Tram from the 1920s rented exclusively for them to set off to explore the city.
To totally enjoy this tour moment, they enjoyed an elegant aperitif on board by an outside caterer, which we coordinated with the historic vehicle and our guided tour to provide the best possible experience.
At the end of the tour, the group returned to the hotel to conclude this day of work, enriched by a moment of entertainment and discovery, with a dinner at the well-kept Da Noi In restaurant. So between presentations, networking moments, stories, curiosities and historical means of Old Milan, all coordinated by us among the different suppliers involved, the client was able to welcome their guests and give them a day to remember!
