An exclusive event immersed in art
Among the various events of Christmas 2022, the request for the organization of a culturally oriented Christmas Event by a company specializing in the retail sale of luxury brands made us very proud and creative!
The goal of the event was to give board members and representatives of key brand partners an exclusive experience that would truly amaze and captivate.
Having evaluated together with the Client the requirements of elegance and confidentiality, together with those of particularly stringent logistics, our proposal fell on composing a valuable event in the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, which collects some of the most celebrated Italian works of art in the world. We were happy that our choice was immediately so appreciated and shared, because it allowed us to organize the unique and valuable event we had envisioned.
Together with the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, we selected six rare works, some practically never exhibited to the public, in line with the themes and values of the Client: a valuable review that, placed in the exhibition itinerary, fascinated all those present and made the convivial moment even more interesting.
The distribution of many small groups of guests (entrusted to 12 of our guides at the same time), to make the fruition of the environments and works thus dedicated in Aula Leonardi and Sala Federiciana more fluent and of quality, as well as a light and sober set-up, then did the rest; all corroborated by a welcome drink offered by one of Milan’s best-known caterers and cloaked in the
beauty of Leonardo da Vinci’s works, about which the Italian and foreign guests were able to converse with our guides.
Of course, there was no shortage of precious “Leonardesque” gifts that our staff presented at the exit for each participant so that in addition to a very pleasant memento of the occasion, they could also take home an interesting souvenir of their choice of prints and books in theme with the evening.
Instead, the compliments received are our best memory and reward for this beautiful and impressive Christmas event.
