At the end of 2021, one of our Clients, a leader among international law firms, intended to hold a celebratory event on the occasion of Christmas. The postponement to March, due to the worsening pandemic situation, forced us to organize an event with different purposes: an exclusive PR and Networking Event.
Our choice of location fell on the brand new ADI Design Museum, one of the latest additions to the Milanese cultural scene and opened in the midst of the pandemic, in May 2021. The Museum, in fact, represented the ideal place to reconcile, on the one hand, the Client’s desire to give its guests acultural experience that would be an expression of freshness and novelty and, on the other hand, the need to give life to a moment of relationship and reflection on the critical issues of the current moment marked by the post-pandemic situation and the outbreak of war in Ukraine.
After the reception in the foyer, which we set up for the occasion with checkroom and attendant staff, we decided to immediately divide the guests into groups and equip them with personal earphones. The guided tours were thus able to begin, without any hiccups or inconveniences, among the excellences and icons of Italian design, tracing with an international gaze, the history and the winners of the Compasso d’Oro award, the highest recognition in the field.
When the visit was over, the guests were able to gather all 90 of them together in the Museum Café that we had set up for the occasion, where a reinforced aperitif was served while space was given to some speeches related to current issues.
On such an occasion, we were pleased that our proposal to combine live musical accompaniment was also welcomed by the Client, so first the guests were accompanied by the notes of an experienced saxophonist and then continued the evening on the notes of a DJ.
A beautiful evening in a wonderful and innovative location in the center of Milan.
